If you were the president what laws would you enact? What things would you do?

For example, I would....

Ban Minion memes on Facebook
Make it a federal crime to wear a fedora without a suit
Make MAD Magazine start publishing again
Abolish CFS and Taco Bell
And pass a law consideing the Kardashians "not legally human" for being mostly plastic.
