He’s going to be writing more stories after Heckraiser. Stories that he’s been wanting to tell for a while, I believe.

This Twitter thread discusses it all.
With the right community, getting into a webcomic at the beginning of a brand new arc can feel just as enjoyable and rewarding as being there from the beginning.

Oh, well. It's fun to think about them.
Truthfully, it was never apparent to me that Rick ever used any of the ideas, themes, and stories raised up here. I'm not even certain he ever looked at them. S'okay, though, we have fun and for that and those inspirations, thanks, Rick. ;)

Might be the last arc of Housepets! as we know it but he is still going to continue on with the characters but just in a different tone.

Based on today’s comic: Max and Peanut develop feelings for each other, and decide to go on a date. A jealous Grape drags a reluctant Tarot along to help her spy on the boys . Grape’s obsession with not being discovered lead her and Tarot into ever increasing situations of embarrassment.

Tarot tries to hone what little psychic power she has left in order to try to see into the future again and ends up going to all sorts of extremes to increase it leading her to become obsessed with it.

Consider this my tapping out of the community but this scenario of my headending plays out as Rick plays it but Stewart had planned a dead man's switch which upon his and the infernals' final defeat in the comic, all humanity are permanently transformed to beasts regardless. King just happen to be documented afterwards as the first recorded man to be permanently transformed into a beast.

Which lasts two posts because he runs out of ideas.

I think even saying he will get only two posts in is being WAY too kind with his creativity since he doesn't have any.

You'd be surprised how many successful webcomics are made by people with no creativity.

Nega Breel reveals that he has been toying with Keene and Breel the whole time and has a form that can effortless obliterate them but is unable to access it and the next arc is him trying to tap into it while Keene and Breel just go about their normal day.

More troubling for Bino, Euodants response is just "It's OK, I'll wait."

I think Dayzee has a weird fixation on the idea of Kitsune being a deadbeat...

Just take a look at him and review his actions and the way he conducts himself. Plus he said that he lived SEVERAL mortal lifetimes. Do you honestly think that he would do that and NOT have romances that he cuts off when he gets bored? He DEFINITELY is the type. If you don't think so then that is your opinion.

You just have a habit of constantly pushing this headcanon, that's all. It comes across as kind of Freudian, honestly.

Here is an arc that truly 100% would never ever in a thousand years happen.

Eudoant decides that he is tired of being the ruler of Pandemonium! and hates it and tries to redeem himself so he can go to heaven.

Will never happen because there needs to be a demon running it.

GK does strike me as the romantic type. Not a few of our Housepets fans have mentioned his, shall we say, "animal magnetism". For example, one forum member started a fanfic imagining Kitsune dating Dallas....

Well I guess we will have to agree to disagree because he seems like the type to me to be the love them and leave them type. I get a feeling that he wouldn't have ever gotten together with Kix if it wasn't for him knowing who her kits reincarnated forms actually are. That is just how I see it.

I really don't like the phrase "agree to disagree". I am the argumenitive type and hate standstills and being proven wrong.

He actually only ends up doing it to spite Heaven by saving the world when they can't.

Also because Kitsune promised to make him 2 inches taller.

It goes about as well as you expect.
