Hi, I'm an ordinary Korean student who's in last year of my middle school, interested in this fandom, and trying to make friends and my English smoother

I just want to be closer with this fandom and people, and show what I actually have made (you know... the translations)
And you should have to know that I have very bad English, so please help me from this awkward grammar ;(

Also, let me know the wrong things that I make and teach me to the right way. I'd really appreciate it

I'm not gonna upload any translation (but Im already doing it) 'cause I'm kinda busy to prepare my foreign language high school application and I'll change every strips' font to more readable one, so.... that's it.

당분간을 번역본을 안올릴거에요 (이미 그러긴 한데) 외고 준비하는거랑 폰트를 좀 더 잘 읽히는 걸로 바꾸려고요.

Sorry, I was kinda' disappointed myself since the application didn't go well. And currently, I've been traveling Sydney this whole month! I was so busy to learn English and travel around and most of all too lazy. I'll back to Korea at the first day of Feb. As soon as I get back, I'll correct some grammars and expressions and change the font and upload.

While I'm working of this, I'm struggling with the pronunciation of the name of Fido and Bino.
Most of the Korean translators of Housepets! are using the expression 피도 and 비노, and it sounds [pido] and [bino].
I saw some are using 바이노[baino] since there's a strip about it, but I've never seen anyone using the expression 파이도[paido]. So I researched about it.
According to naver dictionary(it's korean website), Fido is common dogs' name and it is pronounced [faido], and if that's right, the correct Korean expression will be 파이도, [paido]
In Bino's case, I saw a strip which's that bino's talking to Daryl that his name should be pronounced "Bye-No"(Chapter 87_Wolf's Clothing - The Name Game), so correct expression will be [baino], 바이노.

I'm asking you guys that my research is right. So.. am I right?

In English Fido is, indeed, a common name for dogs and pronounced [faido], and Rick has always pronounced Bino as [baino]. However, Fido is originally a Latin word, so the Romance languages (like Italian and Spanish) and probably others pronounce it [fido].
As a translator you get to decide which you want to use.

I found that the name "Fido" is pronounced [fido] in almost every languages except English, German (or maybe even more, but I only found these) after I read you and searched more. So maybe I should stick with [fido] since most of Korean translators are using it and I'm too lazy to change the whole strips again.

my macbook got broke so all of my data were gone....
i think i need more time to restart this whole translation thing because of this situation and my high school records.
