Similar to furaffinty, one great way to share art is to have a forum where artists openly give out art on the requests of the community.
Artists can simply reply below, and state what type of art they are willing to do, as well as how many works they are willing to tackle.
Requests can be made by PMing the artist. Upon being accepted, the artist would place that person's username in the slot, showing that they are working on something.
Request Details: Give the artist some sort of reference, or a good description. These thing's don't come from thin air. Also, no requesting content that is forbidden by forum rules.
Please note, you don't need to be good at art to volunteer as an artist. Just don't make a joke out of someone's idea. Be nice, don't expect miracles, and have fun.
