Huh, so they outsource escorts across the river. Makes sense, considering how many possible realities there are at play in the comic.

I love how Keene stubbornly refuses to die. Dying is bad for business.

I think Left head believes Keene - to the extent something's out of kilter here.

Keene continues his fierce fight;
proving his right toa lengthy life.
Refusing to accept his death;
looking to return to his strife.
Whatever killed him isn't known
and his path to heaven's obscure
the Left head seems on his side
but the other heads are unsure.
There are other paths they state,
to pass through the heavenly gate.
Perhaps we'll see an answer Wednesday
as Keene tries to find out his fate.

Aaaaahhhhh, the old art of pretending to know what's happening. Yeah, I've got some experience in that

Oh geeze it really better not be Ghost Dad rules, I think everyone would like to stay far away from anything having to do with that movie.

That title text reminded me of something. The owner of the ferrets, when they were first introduced their owner had just died, if I remember correctly. There's a thought(s). Too much wild guessing where this can go.

And you may ask yourself, "How do I work this?"
And you may ask yourself, "Where is that large automobile?"
And you may tell yourself, "This is not my beautiful house."
And you may tell yourself, "This is not my beautiful wife!!!"

"OK, roll the film..."

"Wait..." "Is that Karishad?" "What's he doing on that plane?" "Oh no wonder!" "How did he enchant a rubber duck?" "That's impossible." "Pretzels don't bend like that." "They don't bend at all." "Oh suddenly you're an expert on pretzels."

Is this Game Over for a character in Housepets, or a misunderstanding? I asketh, and now it's time for the film to roll or something.

Wait Keene! Don't you remember the spinning purple portal Karishad magicked up in your office?

Also, I for one would love more backstory on Cerberus.

I'm still confused as to whether Cerberus is one intelligence that just talks to herself, or three separate ones. o_O;

The way I saw Cerberus, I thought she was three different aspects as one perfectly synchronized entity. When she speaks with the other heads, I imagine it's the same as when a person talks to themselves, just that it manifests literally.

I like how the shade of blue changes for which head is talking, has that always been a thing?

I noticed that Keene have white eyelids. It was brown earlier.

Well, Keene, you are pretty right and it's normal that you can't remember, but apparently you haven't idea of what's death... Every work ends with it. ;) Yeah, you're right, middle Cerberus head. :P So, he came from that room? Yeah, investigate into that, it would mean that he isn't really dead. :) Ehm, Keene, that cheat won't never work on Heaven. :P

Has to be some drawing laziness, notice how a part of his eyelids are also brown and merge with his face.

Or he's lost some control over his exact markings as such things are malleable in Heaven?

Keene is taking it far better than I expected. Sure, there was the initial freak-out, but it didn't last long and now all he wants is closure. Hopefully we find out whether this was a mix-up or, if not, what killed him. Someone as apparently young and healthy as Keene doesn't just keel over and die.

Ferrets in this world live about fourteen to twenty years, according to Rick's general rule that animals live twice as long as in the real world. While we don't know how old he was when he first appeared, he has been on-panel for almost seven years. That's almost 35-50% of his expected lifespan. Given that Mr. Milton had just passed away at his introduction, it's entirely possible that he's older than he looks, but that doesn't make for a good story, does it? It would also mean that his siblings should be there now or in a few years' time.

Five years ago Duke was younger then Keene and he was four years old:

So Duke is nine, and Keene is probably significantly older.

Possibly older, even probably, but I've met kids younger than I who have seen things I haven't, so it's not the best indicator. For example, I have yet to watch a full episode of M*A*S*H, but my sister (who is four and a half years younger than I am) has seen the whole series.
