TUBM didn't know that the first time a toilet was shown on TV was not until 1957 and they didn't show the bowl - only the tank/cistern because the rest was deemed to offensive, or that the first time a toilet was flushed on TV was not until 1971 although this toilet was not shown, only heard.

I did not but I can believe it.

Did you know that in Victorian times it was considered offensive to even say the word "legs" let alone to show any. Instead you had to call them "Unmentionables".

I knew that. But thanks for reminding me, now I'm gonna make a time-travel machine and go to Victorian times wearing shorts!

Did you know that, LotR is part of the inspiration for the anime Fairy Tail.

Nope.

DYKT Skrillex (real name Sonny Moore) used to be a thrash metal artist and the lead singer for "From First To Last" (during which time he won several Grammy nominations) until an infection in his throat put him in the hospital during a big tour?

I did know that, actually.

TUBM didn't know that there is a plant that closes up its leaves when it's touched, known as Mimosa pudica.
Douglas isn't my real name, but because of a name block put on me by a higher-order being known as Djinni, I can't say my real name.

Most important thing I've learned from D&D?
No matter how tempting it may be, as a DM I can't both present a problem and solve it.
Every time a DMPC or NPC fixes something a payer couldn't i'm diminishing and undermining that player's contribution.
