I did, Fox, I did. I think it's stimulating to visit places where you experienced growth and joy in your life. There are, of course, shadows - people no longer among us, personal places altered or gone, and always some darker reflections. But you can't be sure how you've grown - and others grown as well - without thoughtful measurement gauges, eh?

I would like to one day visit my old house since I haven't been there for 2 years to see what the new owners have done to it. I know I will have some sad memories but I would rather work through them. I don't think I will ever be able to visit though.

I'm off in Lakehaven, New York, sponging off my youngest daughter (40 !) and her husband as they celebrate their tenth anniversary in a Cayuga Lake cabin they bought off a chum. Back when I'm back. Be well, all!

So it seems I left this forum for well over a month. Just wanted to clarify in case this happens again (hopefully not), that even though its summer and I should theoretically have all the time to myself, instead my depression screws me over, makes me a lazy bum, and the most simple social interactions can be absolutely draining, even online. Plus, I have a summer job to attend to that leaves me in a zombie like state for the good majority of the day. No, I have not abandoned my comic, but it is undergoing a bit of a revamp and probable title change. Just wanted to let you all know that I’m still around and I haven’t forgotten about y’all. Hope all is well and take it easy.
