I think it's kinda the same actually. He's still looking for battle; he's just trying to make sure it's for the right reason. Which to me implies he'll do things like goading someone into insulting him just so he can fight them. And I just can't see that attitude being welcome in the abbey, sorry.

I mean, don't get me wrong. Redwallers, Salamandastron Hares, Guosim and others will without hesitation fight to protect their way of life and their friends and families and they'll fight without hesitation for their beliefs. That said, they NEVER initiate the fight and they always allow the opponent to retreat or surrender, even offering medical aid at times. They also don't fight to defend honour with the exception of the shrews. Rather they'd accept an apology and move on. Can you see how it's different?

Also, there's already a Green Isle in the Redwall series which is inhabited by peaceful otters. You can read about it in High Rhulain if you're interested. So it's not really a warlike place so that still doesn't work, sorry.

Ok, I've changed it all a bit to a ceratin point so if you wish you can check it out. I can change it more or start over depending on what you think of this revision ^-^

It was ment to be a compltete restart of the charecter, but I ended up making him alot darker sounding then I intended. He's ment to be lighthearted most of the time...

Definitely. I think bats were portrayed in Redwall as having wings but no hands much like birds. I could be wrong though.

I wouldn't know, but they have been known to hold things with them and I'm going to have hands cus it's easier to write then he uses his little claw things.

Charles is running around somewhere. He hasn't been posted for yet today. He's a mouse.
Tilly is by the gate - she just let Kelly in.
Jack, Viv and Marko are in the belltower.

it's a neat coincidence that he's also from the north , so seem like it's a pretty "strength is the law" region up there

No, no. It's pure co-incidence. Owain's telling that story to Peter, Brum and the rest of their group whilst waiting for the weather to clear. Back at the Abbey, they also wait for stories. I think Hla's thinking of one but I'm not sure.

If you want to know what Simon sounds like, he's got a Devonshire/Somerset type accent. Think like Hagrid from Harry Potter but thicker. Like this guy.
