You know GameCobra brought up a point about a choice/argument coming up with Grape and Max to parallel Tarot, Dragon and Peanut; and now I can see that happening. Grape is going to save Max and Max is going to act ungrateful and tell Grape that he had it and didn't need her help and Grape is finally going to have had enough.

It looks like Max and Grape are going to meet the modern cats of this universe. Whether this is good or not depends on the next comic, but I bet it will either be a much smoother date for them where they turn the whole thing into basically a second Yarn Ball for the cats in this universe... or things get crazy, which ends up with Grape and Max saving each other's butts. I still gotta hold hope Max does at least one thing to impress Grape this arc =3

The real question I'm actually wondering is if it comes to that point in this arc, can Maxwell back-up his own words? I'm not doubting Max, but clearly he hasn't been doing anything to warrant him any points for Grape to not doubt him. In my opinion, He's either going to show he can hold his own words, or he's going to get trampled. And if he does end up getting trampled, I doubt there's much he can do about it except find a way in the future to grow out of it.

How come a black eye made Max look like a raccoon, looks like Max is in a lot of trouble.

Yup, I've seen this coming (I mean, the cliffhanger). For some reason I think the whole thing of Peanut's decision will be skipped and then we'll see him with Grape, sitting on their couch drinking coffee while Grape is complaining of how bad was her day and then she says something like "I'm telling you, there's no way you and Tarot have had a worst date than me and Max." and then Peanut says naturally "Tarot broke up with me" and then Grape spit her coffee as we saw in the end of "We are snowed in!".

So in my opinion, the arc will be focused in Max and Grape from this point.

And just if you were wondering who are these cats, I'll say they are the King and Bailey of Gallifrax.

Also, Your theory about where things go afterwards was one of the thoughts I initially had for the arc as well. Maxwell's complaining was one of the things that got me thinking that this maybe the setup for something in the long run, as in we learn that Peanut and Grape's romantic life are not perfect, but they need to improve on before they even consider the possibility of marriage. I didn't think Peanut would have trouble, but the last comic changed that. X3

If I might add something to that, I think what will happen is that Peanut runs away from Tarot and Dragon being upset and confused and Grape will do the same for Max being upset and angry. Peanut and Grape will bump into each other and talk about what's been going on.

This seems most plausible. This comic needed some drama in it. But while It's mostly Dragon and Tarot causing problems for peanut, Max hasn't really done anything wrong to deserve Grape being upset with him.

For those who think that Peanut will choose Tarot that easily I must disagree. I know Peanut tends to be oblivious about things but I doubt this time would be the case.
I mean, Peanut have no means to know who of them was with him at the moments he most enjoyed since Tarot and Dragon were deciding on their own to whose turn it was to go out with Peanut each time, or maybe even switching minds without letting him know.

I find more plausible that he is gonna freak out and run away of that awkward situation.

I don't think what they did was both share Tarots body on the different dates. I think he went on dates with both of them (Dragon as Dragon and Tarot as Tarot) he just thought that Tarot was transforming into Dragon for fun/to do something different. Also I'm still going with the whole "needs time to think about it" idea I said before. Though I could also see him just running away like some said.

No matter how it happened, I'm sure Peanut isn't exactly the type to just 'choose' and get it over with, unless he's %100 certain it will make everyone happy in this situation. Which is exactly what I'm thinking will happen with him. I could be wrong, but that's just the way i'm rolling with Peanut <3
