Of course I would never satisfied with doing just regular podcast-type material. This here is a short section from my story The Secret Origin of Superman the Strange.

Please also note that this is my third time ever attempting to record and splice something so I know that there are some audio issues; I can probably circumvent these in later attempts.

generic fruit pies

I think Super Murder Man might be a murderer. Very funny though, I enjoyed it :D
Wasn't there a Dexter's Laboratory special where major Glory also saved the day with Justice Fruit Pies?

It's not... too bad.

...

Okay, I liked it. *giggles* Have you considered doing more radio plays, perhaps?

I can't really offer any negative feedback; your editing (which really isn't bad, for a beginner) will improve with experience. I'm looking forward to any further developments on this front!

Update! In-browser Quicktime does not work! Downloading and opening it in distinctly not-Quicktime software works!

You're right that there are some issues here and there but those are easy enough to get over, and given the tone of it you can always get away with saying everything was completely intentional. *laughs*

I didn't comment on the acting last time. Whooops.

I've heard worse in voice classes, so I can say with some degree of certainty that you're better than most. Each character was assigned a distinct voice, which (as far as I could tell) remained consistent through the performance. You've had acting classes before, so I guess that's not a surprise. Probably better than I could do, actually, and I'm kinda proud of my voiceover credentials. x3

More in-depth analysis via PM once I've gotten to hear it a few more times.

What...was...

I'm not sure exactly what that was, but I found myself in fits of embarrassed giggles.

Your voice is awesome, and your humor just as awesome.

. . . Wait, did you say "an heroic" pose? I'd make a joke about "an hero", but I'm not sure it'd be tasteful. (I was about to link to the ED article on it, but then I realized that would be FAR from tasteful, and worthy of an instant ban.)

Here's my voice, reading a crappy story with no words longer than four letters in length: http://www.glpics.com/mathgrant/8tiles/ ... ss-RAF.mp3

I read that line so many times and it sounded wrong each time so I just left it
