Housepets!

The girls are about to go shopping for toys like a nice, durable ball. The boys are in the bowling alley and there's a small group of pets who've been swimming in the river and are now sleeping in the sun.

The "soporific qualities" thing is kind of a joke. Whiskers talked with the dogs a bit but the conversation tailed off, so I let him take a nap on the grass. If you wake him up he's likely to be in a hurry to get back to town.

Whiskers is a binturong, he looks kind of like a fluffy otter with a prehensile tail and an outrageous grey moustache.

By the way, Jake and Joey aren't wearing bowling shoes because they couldn't find any big enough for macropod feet.

Is there any room in this neighborhood?

Well we have 15 current characters that are active and I'd like to have a max of 16 or 17. So i'd say 1 possible 2 slots open. But that's it for spots left. So go ahead make a character sheet and post it here.

Also my internet is a little whack lately. Hopefully that will get fixed soon, but until then i wont be on the forums as much, due to internet problems.

Sorry to be difficult, guys, but I hardly think I could have the kangaroos acting any other way or asking anything else given their backstory. I didn't realise when I made it how difficult it must be for them but now that I've thought more about it, well...

Ya you are really getting into character, which makes this situation that much more real, and difficult which is good. You don't need to apologize for that. Keep going if you want.

Second thing is that Razgriz hasn't been on the forums for 1 entire week and the group at the alley is somewhat waiting for him to bowl. So if he's gone for another week or two I'll be putting him on the inactive list. Also the group by the river is pretty much dead with nothing happening for a while. They need to get moving again.

Appearance: Celadon colored feathers. He has black eyes and has a slim physique. Wears a white bandana and a grey leg ring. He wears a sleeveless vest with a few stuff in it like his orange sun glasses.

Personality: Houston's personality is quite carefree and loves risk. He likes to make maps of places and he likes to memorize stuff. He doesn't really bother with anything complicated since he likes keeping things as simple as possible. He hates swimming but he isn't fazed when it's rainy. In fact, he loves it when the weather is harsh for flying. He's a daredevil of the sky and loves to free fall.

Background: Houston owners Jerry Gilgan and Kimberly Gilgan are an airplane pilot and skydiver respectively. They would often go sky diving and entertain tourists and other regular skydivers. Houston really loves the sky, however he gets lonely and sometimes gets depressed about it. They decided that Kimberly and Houston would move to Exotic Acres and Jerry would come visit every few weeks to see how Houston is doing.

Sounds cool but i dont know how well a bird with no hands, only wings will work. But i guess we can give it a shot and if it doesn't work well then we can fix it. So pick a speech color please.

ya i don't think anyone has light green. So it looks good if you wanna join the neighborhood anytime with a good size opening post. The best two groups to join would be either the group by the river, or the one at the entrance to the pet shop.

Also Moon? Have you even started posting yet? If not you should get on that soon.

Um I'm gonna post soon. I just haven't thought of anything good to write about Houston.

What's happening in Exotic Acres at the moment? What is everyone doing? What time is it in the story ? What's the weather like?

There are 3 groups of pets. One is going shopping in the pet store, another is by the river sliiping and swimming, and the third is bowling. As far as I know the weather is just fine and I think it's early afternoon sometime.

It is late afternoon, but everything else is correct.

Can I have the list of pets at the river? I'll make Houston's appearance there.

Ok well, Razgriz has not even been on the forums for almost a month with no explanation left behind to explain his disappearance, so if there is no objections... His characters will be going on the inactive list until further notice.

If he returns in the future and wishes to continue then he will be put back on the active list. (which is on the first page)

Sorry for the lack of posting lately from me, I've had a lot of stuff on my plate to deal with lately. Hopefully you guys can help keep this RP alive by pm-ing each other when waiting for posts. Thanks for helping me keep this place a little bit active at least. Hopefully we won't lose anymore players, otherwise we'll be even more un-active.
