I have absolutely no idea what this sentence means. other than that your scanner has a refresh rate of 1 cycle per second. it's mainly that i don't know what a refresh rate or cycles are.

Not so much as multicoloured letters in the sentence.
Apparently there's a program that helps you do that and with a black background to boot. Some of the guys in this other forum I'm in did that, and my eyes were hurting just trying to make out the words
