Well that's what happens when you lose weight. It's a perfectly natural process, and the stomach isn't exactly cannibalizing itself. It can't intentionally do that.

That word is generally not considered a swear word if it's being used to mean "cursed." Not unlike when a story says a character rode to town on his [donkey]. (Hmm, guess that word is censored here anyway.)
