So his weapon's the collar? How does he fight with that?

I'm thinking that he takes it off and throws it and it turns into a disc. You know. Like Sailor Moon. XD

Actually not the case. I think this was a time when I wanted to give designing accessories a shot instead of weapons, wanting to make a newly designed Vex look even more unique than he already was, and when I looked into the Soul Calibur fighting series, which has become somewhat famous for its outlandish guest characters. In regards to the latter, the PS2 version of Soul Calibur 2 had Heihachi Mishima as the guest fighter, where his weapon of choice were arm guards, and his “ultimate weapon” was completely unarmed.

The collar serves a different purpose for Vex; it allows him to hold back. He’s obscenely powerful in terms of raw strength, so the torc was fashioned to artificially weaken him, a fact he actually doesn’t mind. If, however, you give him a reason to get serious, he will take it off.

Yeah I can see how that would work so it makes sense. I doubt anybody will wanna be around him when he removes his collar though.

Love Heidis expressions and Kaleb v.well drawn (like how he refuses to use the word "Collar"), also intriguing range of Collars D-Rock.

A little something I sketched out after being inspired by Japanese screens. Wanted to try out a few ideas, worked o.k. I think.

I know that the object under the eye mask is a face mask but it kind of reminds me of Seymour the Smoke Detector from the fire safety video I got in 2000 when I was in second grade. Voiced by Gilbert Gottfried!

Well, these were fun to come up with, honestly. It’s been so long since I’ve designed weapons like this without needing to apply them to a character of mine. The first three were sketched for maybe a year, decided to make a full series.

Awesome dynamic drawing, DDeer. I can see the Asian inspiration.
Impressive 3D drawings, Oded. All that you need for a party: booze, donuts, funny hats and masks, noise-makers, and booze. :D
So many ways to cleave a path to destiny. I like the second one- the axe-blade. Very cool assortment, D-Rock.

Here are a couple I made of Heidi. The first is a slight redesign.

The second is Heidi forced to be serious and use 0.1% of her true power. Even the purest have a limit, their innocence shattered when all that they have left is threatened or when past regrets come back to haunt them. Sometimes both (for more, https://www.deviantart.com/nleonardo87/ ... -910295160).

*Aria with Sai* - Default
*Tabby with Rib Piercer* - Basic cat coat initially meant to look more mortal. The tail kept the appearance from lasting long.
*Aqua with Rolling Waves* - Aria found the idea of a cat’s aversion to water to be humorous, with this look poking fun at it.
*Hot Stuff with Demon Eye* - Aria was told that her appearance stands out a great deal from others. She decided to go all the way.
*Goetia Heiress with Alraune* - based on her preferred attire in her original human form.
*Moon Flower with Star Catcher* - Aria once came across a mortal cat with varied artistic skills, though the one that really caught Aria’s attention was her singing and songwriting. Based on MoonLilly from Discord.
*Shy Lover with Lullay* - Modeled after Aria’s boyfriend, Caleb. Once they got close, Caleb would be quick to defend Aria, such as when the Celestial Songbird, Lullay, would harass Aria for being an Infernal.

I know I normally post better, but felt super unmotivated to make this in my normal quality. Yet, I felt the answer was important enough to not abandon.

Situations are always complicated for defectors, but probably less so for demons going up than Celestials going in the other Infernal direction.

Great comic D-Rock, Macabre doesn't look at all happy about these plans. Epic commission also, mean looking eyes there and pretty muscle bound, not to be messed with.

A sketch of acting Security Chief Hadrian Jak of the U.S.C. Rodomont from chapter 1 of Welsh Halfwits latest story on this very forum. Here he is taking a well deserved rest from his duties by putting his hooves up for a while.

Let me know what you think of it.
