Ohmygoshohmygoshohmygosh! I was just watching the latest episode of Linkara (awesome internet reviewer), and he made a My Little Pony reference!

Well, he played a bit of the opening theme, but it counts, right?

Kinda older news, I cant believe it wasn't posted here yet!!!
Ex President Bill Clinton is officially a BRONY!!!
http://www.npr.org/2011/06/25/137386121 ... ob?ps=cprs (fast foward to the 6:30 minute mark to actually hear that part of the interview!)

Granted, the questions asked anyone could have figured out without ever watching the show, but, hey, it was BILL CLINTON!

I don't think he's officially anything. Though if he decided to watch the show after all that, that'd be awesome.

I know that he might not be a Brony, but I am just going to go ahead and say he is! It makes us Bronys sound more... I don't know what, I guess official would be what to call it! Haha...

On a more serious note, the questions asked were ridiculously easy... I'm sure many of my friends who refuse to watch the show (their loss) would be able to get them all correct as well... I know there is slim to none chance that Clinton looked into the show after the interview unfortunately.

They were also kind of inaccurate. Rarity doesn't give makeovers; she's a tailor. And Nightmare Moon isn't really the villain for more than two episodes.

Sleet, don't ruin the bronies' fun. They're just enjoying themselves. :)

Also, for those who want a thorough synopsis.

I've read that synopsis, and it's very enlightening. It's interesting that one's ruse to discredit the series became the spark that ignited the fire.

Even I was a bit apprehensive about the series as a whole when I first heard of it, but since the whole thing was so rampant in this other forum I'm in, I'd figured that I could have a go with the first episode. And I never look back XD

I don't even consider myself a brony or anything, mind you, but as someone who actually likes to watch and appreciates cartoon shows until now, the quality of the animation and the memorable characters instantly sold me into the series.

Well, as a brony, I would say that that has a lot to do with the team behind it. Hasbro in recent years has done some good work, and having Lauren Faust helped significantly.

Yeah, and I really like the fact that she and some of the staffs involved in the making of the series actually interacted with the bronies and colts in dA, youtube and /co/ and appreciated their enthusiastic support. That makes the whole thing more.... human, and approachable for fans.

I checked the TV listings and found MLP:FiM was on today at 5:30. Which is conveniently when my sister was over for dinner. So I had it on, hoping they would see it was better. My sister didn't give it a chance and made fun of me, and my mom didn't really watch but she admitted it looked less ridiculous than the original. Meh...

I showed 2 of my friends MLP:FiM a while back. At first they were like "ha ha ha, you watch ponies" But then they watched an episode, and continued to watch every episode after.

I have gotten my little brother to admit that the show is good.

Considering how he is, I consider it a victory.

I've only gotten my brother to become a brony. Considering he still reads stuff like Goosebumps, this is not as great a victory as you might imagine.

Well plaid my friend!

"I’m gonna love and tolerate the (CENSOR) outta you."

Ah, how many times I've had to fall back on that when I explain to people about how awesome the show is, and how they should just give it just a chance.

I can't believe you guys got me to watch this. I've seen all the episodes up to 23 so far my favorite characters are Rainbow Dash and Rarity. I really don't get why people like Fluttershy though, she's so shy that there are times where I just feel like yelling at my laptop so that she stops being so dang shy.

Confound these bronies, they drive me to watch this stuff.

*sighs and hugs back* You know, even if you don't like the Michael Bay films, you really have to give them credit. Without their massive success, Hasbro would probably have never been as adventurous as they were with their other brands like Friendship is Magic. Why, we might not've gotten FiM at all.

Take this quiz, you guys!

I got a 43/60. Well, 42/60, but they wouldn't accept my spelling on one of them. I don't think that's important enough for me to get a 42, so I got a 43. :P

Owlowicious I think. I believe I just got to "Owlo" before it was like "close enough" and gave it to me.

Also I typed in "Spike" figuring he'd be an answer somewhere and got "Spike's not a pet!" *giggles*
