Shadowhaz, what is your question? Oh, paranoia? I don't know. I'm not a mental health professional. I'd say that if you're worried about something, find someone you trust and discuss it with them. If you're asking how to deal with a paranoid person, I'm not really great at that, either.

Then you should try to get someone who can help to untwist the twists your mind puts on everything.

I just started to overanalyze everything in my life. I used logic, rationality, and getting rid of my self confidence to get rid of my paranoia.
