the enphatic sentence '...you know!' in these cases is correctly translated as a question, in my language. Otherwise, I could have simply omitted it, but Peanut would've sounded more rude.

I guess you will have to take the background color of each letter, and cover it with that color...... it won't be perfect, but it'll definitely look better than this.

Photoshop:
Clone stamp tool.
Allows you to change a part of the picture to another part of the picture.
Very effective for eliminating objects, text, or even entire characters out of a picture while still making the picture look "natural." However, it is time consuming to make this method look good, and is more generally used for restoring old damaged photos.

Why you just don't copy the lower part without letters from the first frame, to the lower part of the last frame (they are the same except for the overlapping letters in the last panel) with letters and then write translated version over it? This can be done even in MS Paint, except you loose transparency channel, but freeware Paint.NET will do nicely (it also has that mentioned clone stamp, but selecting a region and duplicating it to the last panel is faster and easier), so there's no need for the Photoshop.
