I saw this a while back and a article said that this game MIGHT.... be a JPN exclusive but Im still excited about this game

It's not out yet, and presumably will come out in Japan first. I don't see why it wouldn't be released worldwide eventually.

Well, because they would do such a thing...also, they need to find translators and everything, and depending upon the funds, then they'll make an English version...
