I think it's more that they were bullied as freshmen. They see it as "fair" that they get their turn, but all they're really doing is perpetuating the cycle.

I never bullied Freshmen specifically. Other than joining in chants of "Freshmen suck"
and I was only once bullied as a freshman. they got black on my white t-shirt during Spirit week.

It was probably the whole "Marching Band transcends the class difference" thing.

I have a quick test after every topic I finish at my school, then I have a longer test after every three topics that I finish where I have to answer questions about those very topics.

All my other tests were like that. Just followed the same formula, not really having a valid final. But history does. But actually the Mid-term did chapters 1-7 and the Final is 8-15. So many chapters in one test. ;< But at least it is not every chapter.

actually you asked in chat thread, so in theory you asked everyone in the thread.

I never really got bullied as a freshman(maybe it's because I was pretty big for a freshman), so I never really felt the need to bully any of the freshmen as an upperclassman.
I mean we'd talk alot about the freshmen and how dumb/immature they were , so there was definently the superiority complex Flint mentioned, but overall my school was pretty tame.
FlintTheSquirrel wrote:Exams are looming over me as well. Only one though, but it is on my worst topic. ;-; HISTORY!
what kind of history?
I aced AP US history and AP european history, so at the risk of sounding like an egotist I may be able to help if you have any questions (Though I may have forgotten some of the finer points)

Ohh, I took AP Europeon History. I literally passed 0 tests. It was sad. I got a C in the class through all the assignments I did, but always failed the tests. ;-; My teacher was not the nicest to me either though. :< On the AP test in the class, I was horribly sick, and it did not take until 2 hours into the test that they finally gave me tissues. In any case, eyes were watery, sneasing every few seconds, got a 1.

I had no hope for passing anyways, I must say that class might have been my worst ever. I am more a math person than anything. The only other AP class I have taken, AP Calculus, and I even passed the AP Exam. Gots a 3, but even so, that is quite a good score considering how it was graded. ^^

For some reason though, I forget history quite fast, or I am just extremely displacent on where in the time line everything is, since History always goes back and forth and back 100 years and forward 400. It is never set on a time line, it is always so confusing to me. D;

Yeah, that always irked me as well.

I'm the opposite
I retain history really well, math has a tendency to elude me, I could never have passed calc

I don't have to take my exams until january so yay an entire month extra revision. I am not looking foreward to the geology one though it is usually packed full of awkward questions with more to write than there are marks available. at least three quarters of the questions are 1 mark anwers that ask you to write two points down, NOT FAIR!

Oh and they have a habit of drawing diagrams the wrong way up so that you ALWAYS get it wrong...it was so bad at one point everyone got it wrong. Though nothing compares to the biology test last summer, the infamous multi-choice question with NO RIGHT ANSWER! I am not even joking even the teachers admitted to us afterwards that there was no right answer. How can edexcel get away with this stuff?
