Hukley does have a DA and FA account. His comics mostly show up on DA.

There is a website for the comic too but it's currently under construction. Hukley will let us know when it's fully operational. The comics do show up on FA too, just as regularly as on dA. Huk's just been busy of late and hasn't been able to upload as much as he would like.

But no, everyone is welcome to view the comic! Huk is very friendly and loves to share, especially his work!

On that note, that picture of Sammy and Sheldon is great too! Captures their personalities perfectly!

Diss... is a great revelation! Sammy and Sheldon were building the machine on a commission by Diss, someone who's even more evil than them (or better, than only Sheldon). BTW, it's time to finally see what this machine can do over humanity, and I expect a fail!
