Basically about this guy who wants to get a degree in Sociology so he's got the degree to seem sane (since you have a degree and all that, people take you as uber-smart instead of a nerdy freak) when he writes a paper all about internet lingo and such.

Ya, I'm going for Mechanical Engineering & Mathematics, but everyone doesn't like math because they don't understand it and when you go to university for mech. eng., there's not much hands-on learning unless you're in clubs, fraternities, competition, etc.
