Khun sighed in relief, cleaning off his blade.

"Just making sure I'm not tainting holy waters or anything," Khun said, "You can never be too careful about things."

Venom is a toxin compound, while those stings are brulicant with pure *bacteria*. You'd get the nastiest infection within seconds, and from the eye it would go straight to your brain!>

"jologodar i was reciting a prayer poem from monks of china. if i am to be hit by the stinger as i said before i will take the punishment for failure if the medicine doesn't work, but i beleive hes testing what i say to be true. i will not fear death but you should know by now even i am cautious to harm" anubis thought ready to accept death, Kritaros inside anubis saw what was happening and forced a barrier up to protect anubis at skin level, unseen and unknown to anubis, anubis just stood there. kritaros however thought different.

The sting stopped abruptly, at an inche from the fox's eye.
The horse was grinning. "At least you are acting true to your word. We like it."
By now, the herd had surrounded the fox.

Monique stayed close to Pix as best she could. While keeping an eye out for the scent of the dog she was tracking. True enough, his smell lingered at the entrance of the hotel mingled with that of other pets. The problem then was getting inside.

anubis let the horse eat the ball of medicine from his paw before watchi.g the medicine work with his mind sight. "the medicine should work within ten minutes to 20 minutes at max.. after so you will either be cured or the disease will be there but it wont harm or kill you. just surpress it." anubis said still standing still his mind reeling at how close the stinger was to him. soon he calned his mind to focus on the infected horse.

Dodging is an important part of combat. Besides, I said I have no preference, so they can choose an arena that's fair for both of us."

It's one of the many old lava tubes running below the surface: its pattern is so intricate that the humans compared it to the labyrinth of the legend. And just like Theseus did, they marked the place so to prevent people from getting lost. It's perfect for parkour but it also has all the space to allow for hand-to-hand combat."

The two cougars looked at each other for a moment. Then they both smiled. Luke looked back.

"Although we would, I think however, we should take the responsible approach," Luke said, "I know we're sounding boring, but I think it's best we stay here."

Anubis watched the medicine finish its job, the mind sight showed the horses inside coloration turn to white symbolizing its completion. Anubis looked now at the many balls of medicine stitting on a bannana leaf. "well from what i see the medicine has finished. How do you feel now?" anubis asked standing to stretch and blinked his eyes to adjust to the light.

"Well... I'm still not sure how well I can swim. I've been avoiding water for most of my life so..." The cat trailed off. "But my lungs are pretty strong from how much I run, so I should be good if I don't go too slow."

Alyse chuckled. "Unfortunately, no. Most of the old lava tubes are connected like this. It also helped our particular breed to specialize, so that we are very sought for sea rescue and assistance."

"Oh, yes there are! Somehow, the tunnels are connected to the Blue Peak Mountain, and from there the air comes. You must go quite underground, in the territory of the Lurkers, to be without air."
