Yeah, Val's a really great guy! Heck, he basically is the only reason I got into writing fan-fics of the comic. He should come around more often.

Slight change to Macabre’s character, by the way. Initially had him only take his helmet off when he’s around those he trusts or loves wholeheartedly, but now I’m making him also take it off to appear less threatening to those he wants to start to gain the trust of.

I Really like that strip! Think King got the message loud and clear!! The background in the penultimate panel is impressive, also love the change of scale to add drama.

Used the Draw Brick 3D program to make the actual set and Ibis Paint X to draw the art around it and to photoshop in that pic of Peanut and Grape.
