Will nodded "Wanna tell me, or it's too scary for you to tell?" he asked, keeping a reassuring smile on his muzzle

The Nebelung nodded once again "Whenever you're ready to tell, I'll be ready to listen." Will continued to speak with a calm tone.

Mitch loaded a bolt into his crossbow.

"All right, as much as I'd like to turn you into a rug right now," Mitch said, pointing to Quartz and glaring, "I'd rather not and give you the benifit of the doubt. So, let's call it a truce and call it a night shall we?"

*klick*

He made sure to arm his crossbow with a flourish.

Looks cover to Mitch as he withdraws his crossbow and lets out a sigh of release, looking to Rikki,yeah.... I'm definitely not sleeping anywhere alone tonight."

Archimedes and Nate watched Will pretty much run off with Eris and then went back to the fire, hoping for more stories. The dog mentally ran through an ecyclopedic knowledge of historic events, mysteries and UFO sightings that would make good tales. The cat thought through a massive list of plays and musicals, Phantoms weren't the only spooky thing on the stage. They were too distracted to notice the swarm of bees and the invariable small hoards roaming the area. The duo was left out and that didn't have the best of endings. They were prime targets for the bees. Mr. Dresner managed to scoop them up and get them off to the vet. You can only take so many stings before a little bit of medicine is needed.

"All right, you, remember," Mitch said, pointing to Quartz, "I'm letting you off for now, but slip up, well. You'll find a quarrell in your back and you in the pound so fast it'll make your head spin. I'm going to try and go back to sleep. Good night all."

Mitch headed off for the the cabin and back to his bed.

And without drugs this time. Those didn't do any good. Harumph.

Quartz shook his head and let off his glare. He walked away, into the woods not caring what would happen.

Katherine looked out of the tent only to see Quartz leaving without her.

QUARTZ! DON'T LEAVE ME HERE! WAIIIIIIT!!!!

At that point, she fainted seeing him look at her with tears and shaking his head the moment it happened.

The sun rose over the woods of the camping area filtering in though the trees hitting the cabins and tent of the animals and humans that had called the place a home for the night. The remains of the fire smoldered a bit light smoke still pooling off the embers. Lance stirred in his sleep muttering about chasing something. He twisted and turned wrapping his blanket over him more and more until he finally awoke with a jolt. He looked around and grabbed his phone looking at it sleepily. It was 5:50 AM and a new day had just started he rolled out of bed and stretched out.

(OOC: New day begins now sorry I didn't do it yesterday but it didn't seem like anyone was really ready for it yet.)

Back at the Vet clinic, Will woke up early as he usually did and for some time now waited patiently for Eris to wake up. In the meantime he got bored and juggled with a few small items he was given last night.

(OOC: Will can't do anything more at the moment. Waiting on Eris.)

Mitch was slowly waking up as well. Fortunately, he had a dreamless night and was sighing in relief. He took off the covers and was doing some yoga to wake his body up.

@whiskymutt: Isn't Rikki in the tent outside?

Eris woke up slightly into the morning. Over the course of the night, her father came by, and was waiting outside of the room in the lobby of the vet's clinic.

She shook her head to try to wake herself up. She still felt a little sleepy, but she felt much better. She looked to Will, "Hey." She said, her voice lacking its customary impish cheer.

Bishop stood unsteadily, holding his head as if it were to release him from the banging migraine. He stepped from the cabin and looked around to find little activity, which almost relieved him when at other times he would shout just to get things started.

During a move, Mitch looked at his paw that he had put a bolt in and shook his head.

Maybe Rikki's right, maybe I do need to be more positive. Sigh. Still though, I just wish I could get my view across some how. Sigh.

Bishop soldiered on aimlessly around the camp until he spotted Mitch doing some weird stretches he'd never seen before, and stayed at the window for about a minute or so before speaking,"ahhh, hey there... sleep well?"

Mitch nearly jumped and reached for his crossbow. But, then he stopped, settled down, and looked at the source of his minor agitation.

"Morning. And yes for once," Mitch said. Keeping his face towards the window, he continued his practice.

"I never told anyone this. My dad and I didn't want anyone to know, we hid it, so nobody would give us pity or anything." She told him. Her voice was weak, like she was having a hard time telling him this, "Is it okay if I show you, instead of tell you?" She asked, moving over so she could stand up. She still felt weak, but she was at least strong enough to stand.

Lance walked outside taking a big gulp of air and looking around him Ahhh what nice view. He thought as he stretched out a bit his hand claps above his head. He felt a mild rumbling and smirked "Welp looks like its time for food. I hope Mom and Dad cooked something." He said heading towards the Human cabin.

"Nice to see people finally getting up..." Iblis said through a light yawn, as if he was bored. "I was starting to think you guys might be the kind of people who sleep in." He added as he slid from the bed he claimed, once again rolling his shoulder uncomfortably.

Mitched sighed.

"It's not that," Mitch said, "It's just. Sigh. We're very, very, very agitated and distrustful of strangers. Let me try to explain. My entire tribe, was yanked out of our home country and brought over across continents to some arid land. There we were force trained to be submissive and endearing pets. To the point of torture, murder, and being forced to commit it ourselves. I was lucky to have escaped in a shipping accident. And with Sunset being far out of the Orginization's reach, I was able to solicit some help and get some of us rescued. But, it's still out there. Still out to get us. So, well, please excuse me if I act more then a little paranoid."

"Morning Iblis," Mitch said, "You sure you don't want anything for that?"

"Yes, and no I do not care, now if you'll excuse me, I have some business to attend to," Borues said. He casually walked over to the Wolf/Wolfdog den that lay under a tree. He pounded the ground a couple times. Then banged the tree with his elbows.

"Aw, are the rainbow puppies not awake yet," he said, "Oh wait, there won't be none in this den, heh heh."
