I want it. Steak N Shake's caramel pretzel milkshakes are yummy enough even without chocolate being added.

Re: Chat Thread 41: Mod Maker
Caramel, pretzel and chocolate? That doesn't sound like a good combo to me. But then, I am used to pretzels either being small, crispy, salty things or large salty bread things, neither of which would probably go with those flavours, although I do hear that you Americans like your caramel salted rather than sweet...

Re: Chat Thread 41: Mod Maker
Salted caramel is just a trendy thing right now. It tastes pretty much exactly like normal caramel does, and is still sweet. Our concepts of pretzels are the same; the milkshake is caramel flavored and has little bits of the small, crispy kind of pretzel in it and it sounds gross but it's actually not.

Re: Chat Thread 41: Mod Maker
Salt and sweet tastes' combination is, if I am concerned, a great thing. Unusual enough to interest you, not too wildly different to put off someone who first tries it
Can also recommend going for snacks made out of REALLY sweet fruits (like melons and whatnot) with some salty cheese, or smoked ham, or something along these lines. Or, if you are a fan of mass-produced snacks, I saw Alpen Gold and Ritter Sport being sold with some salty-tasting "fillings" in their chocolate bars (true for Europe, no idea on other regions; You may need to change brands slightly).

Re: Chat Thread 41: Mod Maker
I've never heard of those brands, VEB.
Sleet: I'll have to take your word for it.
Hey, has anyone had KFC Crushers? THey're basically thickshakes with various things crushed into them. My favourite is the Golden Gaytime crusher. Golden Gaytime is a caramel icecream with chocolate and sweet biscuits on the outside and so the GG crusher is a thickshake that tastes like those icecreams. They're so good! I don't know if they're just an Aussie thing though...

So, you've never had chocolate covered pretzels? Or is this a thing only found in America?Hlaoroo wrote:Caramel, pretzel and chocolate? That doesn't sound like a good combo to me. I like my chocolate spicy. I've had a few good chocolate bars with some chili pepper in them, but I've yet to try a chocolate covered jalapeño.

Never. Must be American, I guess.
I can't say I'd enjoy chocolate coated chillies either. I like my chocolate either sweet or slightly bitter (if it's dark).

Chocolate with chili peppers doesn't seem too appealing to me. That's also become pretty trendy recently.

Though the quality of the chocolate would affect my outlook some.

Bacon is on/in everything these days, it's getting old.
Time to move on to a different food... how about jam? Lets see how many different things you can put that on.

Bacon and cheese is really good. Also cheese fries with bacon. Also bacon cheeseburgers. Also bacon on pizza. Also bacon and grilled cheese sandwiches. Mmmmm...

I really like Bacon, but not as much as cheese. Bacon with cheese, however, is wonderful on a egg sandwich. And hash browns.
chocolate Bacon, while sounding heavenly, soundingly tastes weird.

I don't really understand this bacon fad. Ice cream, however, is a fad I'd join wholeheartedly.

So I tried to start Sonichu. Needless to say I failed. I swear, just looking at it's TVTropes page makes Starkit's Prophecy look like To Kill a Mockingbird in comparison. And that's downright impressive.

It's a short 30 minute set. A rock concert, to be specific. We played great and I had a ton of fun! I missed playing, so it was good getting back on stage again.

I can play drums well, but I only recall my flute lessons in Grade 3. =3
I should play a violin or Piano someday. game music has taught me it's the tune I like the most.

Trombone is cool. My sister plays trombone.
Hey, did you know you can play "Flight of the Bumblebee" on trombone? Just make sure your pianist isn't allergic.
Apparently you can also sing it or play it with your feet!

That would explain some things. I didn't expect her/him (I always thought he/she hadn't revealed his/her gender?) to reveal anything though. I would have been quite satisfied with a yes or no. But I can see how even that could be more revealing than I had originally thought so I won't even expect a response now.
