Dream Person is banned because I really am not much of a fan of it. I tried Tactics though, I probably wasn't playing right because the opposing team kept beating be by throwing rocks. I would probably have more fun in it now that I have common sense.
I do like Disgaea though, which is a more advanced version of it I guess. That and Fire Emblem.

Though Fire Emblem (especially the earlier ones) are pure win.

Dream Person is banned because I am obsessed with Disgaea games and of the like. (Phantom Brave and Makai Kingdom) I am lvl 3000 on Disgaea 1, Lvl 80 on Disgaea 2, Lvl 9999 on Disgaea 3, 3000 on Phantom Brave and 150 in Makai Kingdom. So very obsessive.
