Do You Consider Yourself a Furry?

Am I a Furry? well first lets break this down/

Do I like anthros? erm yes, yes I do.
Do I have a fursona? erm kinda, I know i'm a wolf but details are permanently in flux so I'll go yes.
Do I feel more comfortable as a Fur than as a human? yes, definitely yes on this one
Do I own a fursuit? erm no, but that's more due to indecisiveness and lack of funds than desire
Do I have amazing inate art skills? NO *cries* sadly this might exclude me from being a furry.

so am I a furry? Yes i'm a furry and shall remain so until the furry police find me and take away my licence for lacking the required art skills.

Well, we say that if your enjoyment of media increases due to the presence of anthropomorphic animals, then you are probably a furry. So, your first point likely covers you

I'm just about the worst artist on the face of the planet but I consider myself furry still

The only requirement to being furry, as far as I'm concerned, is whether or not you want to be furry

Hey now, if I saw that I would listen to everything they said. This is probably one of the reasons people follow the forum rules, because a squirrel with a megaphone in a director's chair told them to.

So, just due to the time spending and the interest still going on, I can well say that I'm a furry.

I'm still slowly training at draw, and will go more time till when I'll be able to do something worth and interesting, judged by me.

Exaggerated introduction aside, yes, I consider myself a furry.

My fursonae are that of a Fennec Fox and an Arctic Fox. Why two? Last time I explained it on a thread like this, I started a swing of "I might have this disorder!" Let me start off flat: Chances are a bit on the absurdly high end that you don't have this disorder.

Technical diagnosis: Borderline Dissociative Identity Disorder.
Common name of disorder: Multiple Personality Disorder.

So, if the gaping holes in my memory show, or if I voice (a) contradicting idea(l(s)) to something I've said recently, you now know why.

Fennec Foxes have rather large ears.
And as Sleet is, herself, an Arctic Fox, he would certainly assume that the less stinky role belongs to her own species. (Having never met Sleet in person before I cannot comment as to whether his opinion is correct, though I have been assured by Diss that she is greatly mistaken

)

Still furry. One of my friends came back from a furcon recently and gave me a furry comic book!

That friend is also about to become my housemate and he's one of only two friends I have off-line that know I'm furry and funnily enough I met him right here on these very forums.
So yeah. I'm excited. Should be a fun and furry year. I'm hoping to organise to go to a con or two as well but there's no guarantees at this stage.
So yeah. I'm furry and becoming more so by the minute.

More on the topic, I'm glad to see this topic is a bit more straightforward in its question now. Now people can actually align with whatever they choose instead of having deep personal debate of what society may or may not consider to be a decisive factor in who they are. Far more efficient.

That's why I changed it instead of sticking with the old name when we made the new topic.

We would constantly explain it in the other thread, and so far it seems the name has helped people with the "would society think I'm a furry" kind of thinking that we aren't looking for here.
