Appearance - He's always dishevelled and dirty. Blacker hands than normal. Smaller and thinner than many other Raccoons with worn footpads. Wears a torn singlet and no collar although he does carry a few in a pouch around his waist..

Background. A wanderer most of his life, 'Scum' has travelled alone for several months and has developed a slightly cunning way of stealing what he needs to survive. He knows how to pick locks, a habit he learned in New York one month, and often uses that to effect entry to buildings and kitchens. He has also developed a strange way to stay sane. He talks to himself. And answers himself too... he's just got off a bus here in Richardson Valley - or, rather, he got off from under one as he was riding in the luggage trunk.

huh......it seems we have a little bit of time issue here guys , according to the new pet's timeline , it's already pass midnight or something , but to Blood , Rav and others , it seems that they're still in the evening.....right ?

Maybe he's playing catch up? I dunno, how would we remedy this or are we just going to wait it out a bit?

Cinnamon is going to be out of play for a while, however it goes. Perhaps I need to introduce a new character?

huh ? why is he going out of play ?

He's going back to the zoo to sleep... so whether the new pets keep chatting while the dogs catch up or not, he's not going to have anything to do until the morning.

NAME: Pitchpipe

Race: White-tailed Jackrabbit, female

Age: 15-18 calendar years (not really sure)

Neighborhood: Richardson Valley

Appearance: She's a little taller and rangier than most people would consider normal for a rabbit, but she doesn't have the classic outrageous gangliness of the better known southwestern jackrabbits... so she can pass as a big skinny domestic rabbit, and thinks of herself that way. She has an old leather collar and backpack, carries a walking staff, and papers that are out of date, inconsistent (three different birthdates, two different original owners) and out of state but she still thinks she can pass as a pet if need be.

Backstory: Formerly owned by an amateur rabbit breeder, and erroneously registered as a domestic rabbit, she was abandoned several years ago as sterile after she failed to breed successfully. Her owner dropped her off near a known wild rabbit warren and drove off, but they didn't accept her (we don't need no more dead weight mouths, hon, and beside you smell funny) so she's been alone ever since. That doesn't really seem to bother her as much as she expected (her species is solitary, so that's not surprising, except to her) but her domestic upbringing does bring her into town when she gets bored.

She's not literate beyond a few words she's learned by rote, like her name. This isn't due to any learning defect, it's just not something that was considered important for a breeding rabbit.

She's named after the whistling sound she made in her sleep when she was a kit.

The plan was to have them go to that training class, then join the others in the barn.
But D-singer has been very busy, and posting so slowly. That we are going to have to end up having blood and Rav, an the others missing the fireworks show.

I can easily rectify this in a few posts. They'll skip ahead further into the night with everybody at the park watching fireworks. Chances are with everybody enjoying late night festivities, Rav's classes wont be an entirely important aspect of the RP for at least a 'day' (or weekend if we want to use that excuse)

But I can just as easily bring everything up to speed (or too a close with this current day) if need be.
