Erm, no, but it was still generous of them, considering that they'll only give out coupons if they are late with their delivery...

That is a bit odd. generally if a pizza here is that late, it is free.

That's the way that particular pizza place works. Considering that there's like only 2 chains that provides delivery and only one of them is available around my neighbourhood, we had to settle for that. (-_-')

And anyway, Malaysian roads aren't exactly the safest place for a bike rider (or any other users for that matter), so it's better to be safe than sorry. It didn't work for the delivery guy though...

Then, we got a call from the pizza place, and the clerk told us that the delivery guy was caught in an accident, and was sent to the hospital for injuries. The pizza place gave us like 50% discount on our order that finally arrived after another 1/2 hour.

I felt bad for the first guy, but getting the discount was sweet! Urm, I feel bad now...
Wait..... The pizzas weren't free!? Even if was hour and half of waiting?
I would assume that whoever called was possibly frantic about having a coworker/possibly good friend end up in a car accident (with injuries serious enough that he/she needed immediate medical attention) and that they were just not thinking in a clear, business-like manner. Stress and worry and panic do crazy things to human beings.

While we're on the subject of pizza: A few years ago, my friend and I called Domino's to get a pizza delivered. Keep in mind, we live in the boondocks (AKA the middle of nowhere). Everything went fine until he asked for our address. We have him the name of the town, he simply laughed and hung up on us. -_-'

Bahaha, nah. We kinda had it coming. We knew that they probably didn't deliver that far out at the time. Domino's is.... 20 miles from her house? Yeah.

Hahaha, only on Cartoon Network!

No, the tradition meaning of "boondocks" is a country term. It's used to define these small little towns as being way out in the middle of nowhere. For instance, I have to drive 35 miles to get to the nearest movie theater and 12 miles to my school.

You get used to it eventually. It's really not that bad; no crime and very quiet and really awesome people. Have y'all ever seen The Andy Griffith Show? That's basically the town I live in.

I lived In a cute little town called Greenfield, or at least it used to be cute and little. We had no crime, there was always something interesting to go to on main street. There was a friendly person on around every corner, and they would always smile to each other as they walked pass one another. And with a popular pizza shop near by It was a great place to live. For this reason, more people wanted to live here. And over time, the Population started rising dramatically. With the new people of today around now, people don't feel like walking to main street and doing anything inside the stores. So most of them closed down and went of of business. Even my most favorite candy shop that I loved to go to moved away. With even more time, Greenfield went from a town to a city. The city council and the mayor made small changes to the city. Electric Parking meter are now on almost EVERY parking lot and space. Entire buildings were crumbled to the ground to make room for more lots. And now when I go on main street, no one even gives a passing glance. But that was happening just as I'm living in my New house in a town called Montague/Turners Falls. A town that's one half mile over to Greenfield. But still, it sad. I wish I could be in that candy shop one last time. :(

Our town has about 1,000, give or take. We have one place to get pizza in our town and they have REALLY good and weird types of pizza there.

I'm not even sure if they deliver or not, lol.

Also, every time we get a heat wave, people start stealing air conditioners.

I live in the fourth most populous place in the state, but that's mostly because they define the borders of the city I technically live in generously. Speaking of, did anyone get the story about the Discovery channel building on the news a few months back?

I'm not quite sure how they do it, I just here from residents that it happens. I would imagine it would be as easy/hard as stealing a big TV which happens more than you'd think.

Of course not. Even when people have a good cause, they still aren't immune to doing bad things. 99% of wars start with someone doing a bad thing for a good cause.

So long as it stays a free service to upload and watch videos, I'll accept a certain amount of advertising, especially if that money is going to the user.
What I think is silly is watching the same Cox Communication ad a million times in two days, or a 30 second ad in front of a 15 second video.

I don't really care about ads because I use Adblock. But why YT needs even more ads? I mean , Google is the owner of YouTube.

Okay.

I'm currently trying to write five differant stories with at least 10 differant main characters each.

I may be in over head, right now.

Having a total of ten main characters in each story is a bit in depth. It is going to take a lot of effort to keep all of their actions, past and present, sorted out and not get which character did or is doing what mixed up.

Because they use that to cross-correlate all the myriads of data their data kraken already found about you and sell it to the highest bidder, which can be credit sharks, the mafia, certain intelligence services serving the one or other dictatorship and a bunch of other lowlifes. And since they apparently aim for the branch Google Bank just two words: Lehman Brothers.

Granted, closing accounts due to TOS infringements is equitable, but doing so without any words of explanation is not. Especially not if that leads to being locked out from all of Google's services like mail and they didn't lift a finger by Mr. Fifty Curtis and Lady Germanotta.

Yeah, I think at a certain point having so many main characters, a handful of them will come to the forefront and be "main" main characters, essentially giving yourself a good supporting cast.

And I've got another SUPER SECRET AVATAR now. If you see it, you win absolutely nothing as there's a 1/41 chance you are looking at it right now. CAN YOU GUESS WHAT IT IS? (Here's a hint: it's a rhinoceros.)

Well, for me, making a character requires an emotional investment. I make a character, and then I sorta just pour life into it, if don't give my characters proper stories and everything, I feel like an awful person.
