Because of the amount of characters here pricking themselves on thorns while picking berries they should be lucky that there isn't poison that is on them.

Not really and I should point out that chicken marsala is ITALIAN instead of Indian also. 
And I'm 1/2 Italian from my paternal grandmother and maternal grandfather (both my parents are half-Italian) as well as 1/4 Irish (maternal grandmother) and 1/4 French (paternal grandfather).

It's where you combine two cuisines,( e.g. Italian and Cuban or Chinese and Mexican ) honestly if you throw enough pretentious words in the description of your food you'll get food snobs to buy it, often at a very hefty price.
