hahaha indeed it dose. but that's a normal part of living in the Pacific Northwest IMO.

Hmm, confusion in the RP I think.

Tuah (Cat), Konnie (Labrador) and Driver (man) is at the accident site.

Cesium (Fox) and Alexander (Cattle Dog) are under the supermarket's shaded loading/unloading area.

The accident only involved the driver avoiding the little girl which caused the car he was driving to run the ferret over.

Cesium only fell down because he was shocked from the loud noise. Think of something like fainting goats.
