King is content with his life as a dog but misses some human aspects like driving and tries to convince Lana to advocate for pets to get driver's license.

It goes as well as you would expect it would and results in a lot of trouble for the ECP.

Duffer is slang for a golfer ... Unnnnfortunately, "duffer" is also slang for a gentleman of advanced years in some parts of the country. Maybe I shouldn't have used that term.

Oh, she's got a good head on her shoulders. The last time we saw her she seemed to be handling it better than Marion. I'm can't wait to see how those two interact with the neighborhood.

It goes pretty well, and the K9s are impressed. Jealous, Bino and Duchess try to embarrass the cats, but (of course) it backfires.

Or more accurately, Bino tries to trip them up while expecting and not getting help from a disinterested Duchess.

If the idea was Duchess's to begin with, once Bino ends up failing badly Duchess berates him for not doing it right and being a waste of space.

Marvin comes to rescue Tiger although, for a moment, the thought of entering the competition flickers through his mind.
