I've just discovered that you can combine tags in the comic's tagging system to search for multiple characters at once. For example, if you want to find strips in which Peanut and Grape both appear, use "peanut+grape". Only the first tag used will appear on the page (in this instance, only "peanut" will be visible), but both tags will be used.

That's so awesome.
