Anyway as for what just happened in my latest post. You guys know that feeling when you stand up/get up too quickly and you just get completely disoriented for a second as you loose balance and kinda black out? It's like that, but last for several minutes. The officers don't fall unconsciousness technically, but they aren't in the state that allow them to do their job.

Sorry. Was away on vacation for a week and then I got a nasty cold. Not the spicy cough, luckily. All my tests came back negative. Still, wasn't fun.

another holiday where i'm working every day of the week..
Oh, An the dog tore the ligaments of his right hind knee, running down along the beach.
We have a pre surgical consultation, with the vet surgeon on monday.

dog needs repaired now.

He is hobbling around on three legs, doesn't seem to be in any pain.
An he can get up two steps, now.
Altho he is on pain meds, for his hips. Carprofen 75mg. made him feel like a puppy again.
Which could have led to him running when he shouldn't have been.

We see the vet surgeon who is going to do the orthopedic surgery on monday 6/6 6pm....
(this pre-op meeting seems evil for some reason.)

he completely tore his ACL, but the cost of surgery and rehab is JUST $3,200
He goes in for surgery on the 22nd

My power is out until Friday morning the electric company is saying.

My backup generator has a broken fuel line, all the gas pouring out onto the ground.

Oh an there is this heatwave going on, with high humidity.

Cell towers must be on low power mode, only has LTE service at home.
Had to drive to an area with power to get 5G service on the phone.

Needless to say, I’m going to be gone for a while.

Well lets see..

Replaced the home Air conditioning system..
Power went out.. it's back now.
Everyone at work, but me has Covid. So working the kitchen basically alone.
An we are coming up on Father's day week....
Dog has surgery on his leg, weds the 22nd, to repair his ACL.
Have to replace the fuel lines on the generator. ( come to find out, my generator was recalled for just this issue ). The plastic housing for the fuel filter becomes brittle and breaks apart, dumping all the fuel onto the engine.
Only a Heat Advisory, instead of a heat warning today.
Need to get the cars oil changed, new tires, get food....

Y'all realize this has been going for over 12 years now, right? Like, this was the first "Pet Friendly", and 12 years later, the series of RPs it spawned has had doezens come and go, and this one is still going!

I made a rough floor plan of the church to give you an idea. It's obviously not to scale at all. This is a Baptist church so it looks and functions slightly differently to your traditional Anglican/Catholic church.

M + F = toilets
O = Caleb's office
L = Library/resource room
S = Store room
K = Kitchen
AV = audio visual desk, where the sound guy has the mixing board for the mics/instruments and where the computer controlling the data projector used for song lyrics and sermon PowerPoints are located. Note that the organ doesn't go through the mixer as it uses its own Leslie speaker
Black lines =pews
White rectangle = stage with the organ, instruments for the band, pulpit etc. There's a trap door in this stage, currently hidden with a carpet cover that can be removed to reveal the baptistry (like a tiny swimming pool or jacuzzi used for full-immersion style baptisms). The stage is only about a foot or two off the ground, with the baptistry being sunk into the foundations of the church, reaching waist deep on the average human.
Dotted X = location of the steeple. It once held a bell but now functions as a skylight. The bell and its coiled rope are in a glass display case near the front door.
The large room on the right side contains chairs and tables and is a social area for use after church as well as a function/reception space for church events like weddings, funerals, etc.
