It might be the highest rated show on television at this very moment!

Given what is on television of late, that's a very real possibility.

...and "Rocky and Bullwinkle" had a squirrel as a lead character. That show was very popular so a "Lois and Marion Show" might have a nostalgia appeal to it.

I'd say my mains would be Fido, Fox, Peanut, and King. Can't really choose though...

If you're gonna be on an island, why not have a party?

Because if you are stuck on an island most likely you have no provisions. x3

Have a feast consisting solely of Palm tree bark. Add Kevin's workout regimen to that, and you just overcome hunger by sheer willpower.

And muscle. And a shredded stomach.

I'm pretty sure you would end up exsanguinating to death due to the massive tears and gashes the palm would cause as it went down your throat.

That or you would get an infection if it got stuck. Not pretty to think about. :?

So change of subject, I think my ultimate choice would be none of them so they don't also have to be stuck on an island.

If I were forced to make a decision, I think my pick would be a K9 Officer so a good plan could be made and followed.

Or something like that. I don't know for sure.

You have any idea which K-9 you would choose then in that case? There aren't a lot of them so it should be easy for you to make a decision. o3o

Yeah. And that's not to say Ralph wouldn't be a companion, more so that he's a good leader

Actually, Ralph made a joke in a comic at the end of "A Sinister Shadow" which proves that he does have a sense of humor.

If that was the case you wouldn't really be able to survive. You would just have to hope you get rescued.

Then again, with how insanely protective King and Bailey are of their pups, they would track you down eventually.

That is another good one but we don't know how well he would function in other situations that come up and are dangerous or if he would be able to keep his cool. Plus you would have to hunt and find ingredients which might be too exotic for him...

Hmm...
It's a tough choice, honestly. Sabrina might be a good choice 'cause she probably has decent survival skills from all her adventures, and she tends to keep a cool head in a crisis.
But on the other paw, because it's an island, having one of the zoo otters with me might be even more helpful because -- assuming I'm still at least some kind of land-based creature in this scenario -- having an aquatic companion would vastly increase the kinds of food we could catch. And if he's a sea otter (never was clear on that), then we'd only need to find/make enough fresh water for one person.

Or, there's Pete the Gryphon -- as in the full version. Who, if I were lucky, would probably just turn me into whatever animal was best suited for life on the island and then get bored and leave me with some peace and solitude.
May be some overlap on that one though, 'cause there's a fair chance said animal would be a sea otter.

Or.... Tarot might at least be able to tell me when I'm going to be rescued :D That would be valuable. And she's probably got some survival skills, or magic, or some other trick that would come in handy.

And of course I'm only picking characters who'd also be good company or, failing that, at least likely to leave me alone.

Probably a few others that aren't coming to mind immediately. Maybe I'll update this :)
EDIT: I didn't even realize I'd been here before. Well that's okay. Maybe it's a different island this time.
Man, Housepets-universe-me must have the worst luck.

Hey, here's another thing. With all the animals in housepets-verse being the way they are, I wonder how many islands there would even be that are barren of any kind of people. We might run into some kind of tribal seal-society or something.
