Re: The Welcome Thread!
Hello, I'm Michmachine2012 but I also go by Nathan. I've been a housepets fan for years (it's responsable for getting me into the furry fandom in fact) and finally decided to join the forums. I'm also a beginner model railroader and Lego fan.
My sona is a Housepets wolf OC Named Nathan (would post his ref but while it's not NSFW I still feel like it might be a little too spicy to post) and I'm currently working on a fan project that hopefully will leave the concept stage soon but that depends on what info is currently available. Anyway, thanks for your time and I'm glad to be here. ^-^

Welcome to the forum Michmachine2012! I hope that am able to see you around here more often!

H'lo, Michmachine2012. Enjoy!
Oh, and for what it's worth, I still have the old Lionel iron train my parents gave me back in 1950. Still got the coal car, the milk car, the cattle car (and most of the little laytex cows), the lumber flat car, the oil car, and the caboose. So there's a few "trainees" around here.

Well that is if they put their birthday down on their profile.
Re: The Welcome Thread!
Hi, I'm CryosR, decided to sign up tonight while unable to sleep. Been re-reading Housepets! recently and well... I'm bad at introducing myself.
Re: The Welcome Thread!
Welcome aboard CryosR! Glad to see new faces around
Re: The Welcome Thread!
H'lo, CryosR. Enjoy!
Re: The Welcome Thread!
Thanks, both of you. IO woke up last night to jot down story ideas that wouldn't let me sleep. I'm a writer, of sorts, mostly fanfiction and I'm trying to get back to writing after the first couple years of this decade drained the energy out of me. I work for Wal-Mart in electronics and Photo Lab and I play D&D every Wednesday evening with my friends.
As for my avatar, it's a closeup of a Gundam's eye I managed to capture from one of the openings so close you can see the camera behind the glass. I use it everywhere since I haven't seen it used anywhere else so it's kind of a signature of mine

Also I do like your avatar but I cannot see the camera behind the eye in it. I wouldn't have ever known until you told me.
Re: The Welcome Thread!
Thanks, I caught it while watching the intro to Gundam SEED "Invoke" by catching the exact frame as the eye was filling thew screen. It's a bit hard but that little circle in the middle is the camera which is impressive detail for like 1 frame of animation in an introAmazee Dayzee wrote: ↑Thu Sep 08, 2022 2:26 am Also I do like your avatar but I cannot see the camera behind the eye in it. It really is spectacular that you were able to do it! I'm sure a lot of people will be very impressed with it! ^^
Re: The Welcome Thread!
I certainly am! (Although it's pretty easy to impress me so it's not that big an achievement.)Amazee Dayzee wrote: ↑Thu Sep 08, 2022 2:42 pm It really is spectacular that you were able to do it! I'm sure a lot of people will be very impressed with it! ^^
Re: The Welcome Thread!
Thank you. If I wanted to post non-Housepets! writing here (original or fanfiction) could I do that? And in which forum please?

Re: The Welcome Thread!
Your best bet would be to do it in the "Media Main" forum. Although there are some Housepets! stories in there, that is where non-HP stories would go.
Re: The Welcome Thread!
Hello everyone.
I've been reading the comic for a long time, but only recently discovered the forums.
I had some trouble signing up, but the lovely moderators helped me get things figured out, so here I am!
My name is Jazzyamx, but you can call me Jazzy or Jazz if you wish.
I'm a Midwestern auto mechanic and vehicle enthusiast who writes and plays with model trains and LEGO in my spare time, while my current big project is the restoration of a 1986 Mazda RX-7 that's been off the road in a barn for 22 years, a non-turbo rotary with the five-speed manual, Satin Gold Metallic paint, and a red interior.
I've also recently started cooking up ideas for a story set in the HPU, and am excited to share them.
It's great to be here finally, and I'm excited to meet you all.

Re: The Welcome Thread!
Anyhow, hey I’m Mischa. I’m a college student and I’m 19 years old. I discovered the comic accidentally in spring of 2022 and only just recently joined the forums. I love to draw though I sometimes struggle is my tablet is semi-broken. I also have an in progress webcomic I dare say is partially inspired by Housepets! and its universe. I also speak English, Spanish, and German due to my diverse upbringing, and that has slowly developed into a bit of a passion for languages. I also enjoy role playing a lot, though I haven’t done so in months. But I’m hoping to get back into it at some point.

Welcome, Mischa. Discover and read all this comic is a great accident, eheh. Good for your comic project.
