Honestly I'm not sure how that will allow him to be "mortal" again since his whole plan was to take Breel's mortality, unless the knife is some magic(k).

About the demons spotting, maybe Karishad knows that Tarot created a demons spotter, and so he should tell you two about it... NegaBreel is listening everything and suddenly sabotaging this plan of yours, cutting the line phone. Curious connection with Breel concerning NegaBreel's actions, though.

Considering his 12th incarnation is the metacrisis doctor, (Since the war doctor and metacrisis doctor screw up the numbering) an angrier more human, more unstabe version of 10... i've worried for some time now that maybe he was wrong about Meta only having one lifetime...
