I’m rather curious as to what exactly this arc is gonna entail. My guess is that the trio will start scheming and maybe hatch a few plans that get botched to hilarious effect, and the only victim they manage to transform is Bronson, that one slacker type that was sitting next to Marion in school in a prior arc.

I’m also curious about what this could mean for future story arcs, especially in terms of what we’ll be seeing of Marion & Lois. Before things get plot heavy and everyone potentially has to go to the temple in Egypt to solve some problems, I’d very much like to see at least a few arcs of those two just going about their new lives and seeing how much has changed for them since it’s been over a year, with some small plot points and story progression here or there before any more major arcs.

It's like giving humanity a literal ex-human now dog in the fight was a bad idea. I love how he's talking like he's devolved a bunch people when he literally only nailed two high school kids. With Stewart's coin in play all bets are off, throw the dinosaur demon in and there's no telling what could happen. With all this magic in play everyone could be doomed...or everyone including Stewart and Trinket could be saved by divine intervention.

It could still work. The plan was to get the ECP to fail by increasing the demand on its funding until the Milton ferrets could no longer afford to run it. Whether or not his actions are helping achieve their other goals of legal equality for animals is irrelavent to his revenge.

The problem Steward is going to run into is that the more humans-turned-animals there are, the more this looks like a problem for the government to handle. The ECP may be a net-loss for the Miltons, but (ideally) it's the government's role to spend tax money on essential services that aren't profitable. It may get taken out of the ferrets' hands and turned into a social program.

If the government becomes aware and convinced of the fact that humans can get transmogrified by force, it's also likely that a manhunt badgerhunt would be launched to capture Steward, since the trail's gone cold for local law enforcement.

Or worse, someone sees it as a plausible weapon and come after him to get that power for themselves. It doesn't even have to be the government, what would Jess, Bino, Duchess, or Gale use with that kind of firepower? Even someone well meaning with that kind of unearthly ability could fast cause serious damage, imagine the wolf cubs or Sasha flinging that power around reckless even without malicious intent. What if a human got a hold of it without transforming and still weaponized it? And if Craig or Draig get that power...gulp. When things get magical they go off the rails fast.

If you are human and live in a 20-mile radius of Babylon Gardens now might be a good time to take that trip out of town you've been meaning to do all year. Now may be a good time to reflect on your life and pray to whatever deity / celestial entity you believe in.

He hasn't been seen since the hot springs, but in the last few appearances Trinket wasn't around.

I'm wondering if Steward's hideout is Cory's current or former den from when Jessica kicked him out though. Although they were sharing a bed in the hot springs arc it's still not clear whether Jessica let him back in the treehouse.

Trinket looks very bright and spunky since last we saw her. Maybe working with a former accountant is more rewarding than an inept skunk.

I don't think the 'rules' for what the coin turns you into were ever nailed down, were they? That could mean someone is equally likely end up on 4 legs & no opposable digits (like Thomas) rather than Lois or Marion.

So if for instance, someone gets Transformed into a Deer, Camel or Horse, do they have no option but to go live in a forest/nature reserve, Zoo or Stable? Thomas deserves what he's got, but if someone innocent is transformed like him can they refuse such a relocation even if it probably would be more comfortable for them? Do they still have their rights, & if not, can the ECP help them?
