For now we just went for what will be shown in the animation, but yeah we'll probably end up adding more stuff in eventually!

I have an annoucement about this project!

So we the people (heh) working on the project decided that the current style and models of the characters wasn't the best we could accomplish. So we are going to take some time to re-work the character models, hopefully making them seem more distinguishable from each other, and more visually appealing! This will delay the project yes, but I assure you it will be worth it in the end, and make things more enjoyable to watch!

I am also trying out a new animation style as well so there has been a lot of changes happening in the last few days

This does NOT mean we lost people on the project or had to completely undo all our progress. I know when a lot of changes happen you could think that, but we have actually been moving pretty quickly to get these changes done. It has barely hindered our progress towards producing the pilot episode!

I want to thank everyone for keeping faith in this project so far, I hope we can deliver something everyone enjoys! Have a great day and if there are any more updates I will let you guys know!

I will be releasing a short animation hopefully sometime like, middle of next month, mainly testing the Peanut rig, as well as practicing a new animation technique! I appreciate those of you have followed this project so far, and I hope this animated test will blow you away!

Hi! So! Yes! It's me!
It has been nearly an ENTIRE YEAR since this idea came into my head (crazy to think about). Despite what anyone who actually cared about this project was thinking, I can say that this entire year so far has been nothing but work! For anyone who was involved with Housepets! Fanimated, or any other attempts at animated Housepets, it takes a lot of effort. At first this project was pretty much just me! Writing, making scripts, voice acting, animating, and modeling and making skins and textures. However, since I began this project, I began to grow the project more, including more people. I have stayed essentially radio silent about this series for a multitude of reasons. It's a miracle nobody has revealed anything about it yet!

What I'm getting at is this project is far from dead. In fact, I think we are closer than any other project has ever been to producing the first episode! Animating has not started, and the models are not yet finished. We really only have one character modeler, so it is a lot of work for them. We have pretty much every voice actor needed for this project at this moment in time, which is good, and I am animating it. We also have musicians ready to create an original soundtrack, and an original theme song! It's hard to believe how far we've gone since this started. I cannot give a specific time table on when we will release the first episode. We do plan to release some sort of animated announcement video to give you guys a taste of what's to come at some point.

Remember, this is a big project, and it takes time! Thanks for everyone's patience thus far, and I hope we can pull through in the end and make something everyone can enjoy! I'll be following up whenever we get some more progress, stay tuned!
