Sorrow: Dog licks other people makes me depressed
Re: Joys And Sorrows
I'm sorry you can't get a pet - maybe you could do some animal work at a shelter. At least, you'd be around them and have some critters in your life, Oded.OdedZeituni98 wrote:Sorrow: Dog licks other people makes me depressed

If you're particularly fearless, you could spend some time at a zoo. Animals do get to know people who they see often, and I made a few very sweet "friends" that way, before I was able to get a pet of my own.

Joy: I am finally starting to recover from my cold!
Sorrow: The last day of it which was yesterday was the most SEVERE and I wasn't able to do anything at all so I missed doing my routine and have to play catch up now. If you are someone with OCD like me, missing out on a routine really starts gnawing at you.

Oh I hope to God my cold doesn't return and if I do get stuffy it is only a three-day cold like this one. Preferably without it being at its worst on day 3.

Boo! Bad pun! That sucks! Sorry but you need to be punished. *throws a tomato*
And yes, in case you didn't realize it, that was a joke.

I’m visiting my parents up north this weekend
Sorrow
My severe winter allergies are coming back, and my nose is usually stuffy for months because of it.

Sorrow and Annoyance: I took EIGHT hours to finish two homework assignments because they kept on giving me trouble and the questions kept going on and on. It was really getting on my nerves. Now my whole day is shot.

Broke the day of housekeeping with some beach time - cold, rainy, few people. Good weather for thinking deep thoughts and talking to your dog.

Yeah I tried to go to the beach one time when it was cold and rainy out but I couldn't enjoy it.

Thanks. Unlike the other friend that died, I actually knew this one and had memories of her all throughout my life.

Plus she was young also. I mean not real young but she couldn't have been older that 60.

My mother has a small miniature tree she put in the parlor a few weeks before Thanksgiving and it took everything in me not to roll my eyes at it.

Joy: Got a new phone to replace my brick from 2013.
I've gone from a Nokia Windows phone with 512MB of RAM to a Samsung Galaxy S10e with 6GB of RAM.
Sooooooo much better!
