Got lots of schoolwork done. Calc is really tough, and economics and film study readings is just tedious.
In my off time I played Apocalypse Rising 2 with a chill dude I met there. Loads of fun, we're a great two-man zombie survival squad.
Watched Notre Dame versus Navy in college football, the game wasn't as competitive as I would've liked, but after the game there is a nice tradition where the teams show respect for each other by having both alma maters played, with each team being respectful while their opponent's alma mater played.

Not sure about the Boston area (since it takes 48 minutes to get to it from my hometown) but when I was outside earlier it began to flurry a tiny bit. I did just check the weather and it said no snow for us.
Mentally cursing my professor for the homework we got which took me EIGHT ******* hours to do because the ******* questions kept ******* going on and on and if you made on little mistake, you got the whole ******* question wrong.
Pretty sure that it is a Canadian thing only since when I looked it up, it gave me "Chicken Chef Canada" but I can't be too sure. Never heard of it before now.
Then again, I never heard of the restaurant that I DID decide we were going to until a few years ago. "Gregg's Restaurant and Tavern", which is a Rhode Island tradition according to the slogan.
I'm calling crap on my calc homework. After grinding away at it all weekend, there's still several problems that, for the life of me, I cannot solve correctly. I know the material well, and every method of checking verifies that my responses are right, yet Cengage keeps giving a big red X on all my submissions. Either Cengage messed something up, or math is broken.
Whatever, I'll ask the professor tomorrow. But tonight I'll be seeing power series representations of functions and Taylor series in my sleep...

My sympathies. I hate those computerized programs. One of my law classes used one such program for the quizzes, two months in the professor announced that there was a bug in the program, and it had marked questions incorrect that were actually correct.

… which is why I militantly avoided those programs. We had similar problems at my school, and students were rightly enraged. I won't mention any company names since someone else whose forum name begins and ends with the letter "n" already did that. (Ka-Hint, Ka-Hint....)

I hope you got some comfort from the funeral and the sleep. Funerals are so draining, even more so on the eve of a holiday. Best.
Now I am getting ready for Thanksgiving. I am helping my mother make the lasagna and the pumpkin cheesecake (We're part Italian so of course we have lasagna).
Our Thanksgiving get-together with the extended family is in about two hours. I’m looking forward to all the good food and catching up with my cousins.
With the right community, getting into a webcomic at the beginning of a brand new arc can feel just as enjoyable and rewarding as being there from the beginning.
Veg-Sausage and Saurkraut, lotsa stuffed peppers of different shapes and colors, and answering phonecalls from family, colleagues, former students, and assorted chums.
Today I modded a custom avatar into Beat Saber. The result is a lot better than I expected considering I had no idea how to do this before today (but it took a while to figure out). There a still little aesthetic changes I can make, like adding tail and hair animations and fixing the shoulder joints, but that's for another day.
