Species Change Week is May 6th-12th!

I wanted to try mouse during the week, but work was absolutely draining, and really still is. Motivation to draw has been lacking these past could weeks with so many big events going on.

When is Species Change Week going to be this year (2019)?

It already passed. It's always the first Sunday in May, every year.

Since everyone missed it this year how about we reschedule Species Change Week for some other time, like the first Sunday in June.

That's why I suggested an arbitrary new start for the week this year, though I feel like I'm getting mixed signals about this, what with Sleet and Dissension's posts.

Your first post sounded like you were asking about the official one, and the second one sounded like you were unaware that Species Change Week is a yearly even within the greater furry community so Sleet and Diss were responding accordingly. Feel free to make a forum specific Species Change Week, and maybe next year we'll be more on top of things so we can line up with the official one

I suppose it's good I sounded like that since that's exactly what was going on with each post (with the caveat I thought I was asking about a Housepets official thing). I hope you can forgive me for not knowing about an event within the greater furry community, I'm only human after all. Just to be clear, I could create a new topic creating a species change week with a date of my choice for this year and I won't be charged with usurping the mods or anything like that?
