I think that the drawing is playing on Dallas getting felt up but Grape in the "Temple Crashers" arc and people thinking he might have a crush on her now.

Threw together a PNG of a Housepets! Raccoon.

It's not really any character in particular, but I used parts from Ink and Truck (as well as Squeak's body from the Christmas game)
