Perhaps Kitsune just wanted to keep playing the role of Hollywood superstar.

Oh hey! Welcome back Amazee Dayzee!
Well, I'm almost done with this series. As I near entering my new career, I'm doubtful that I'll have any time left to continue these
. It's been fun and I thank those still reading for their patience.
Anyway, happy belated Halloween!![Twisted Evil ](./images/smilies/icon_twisted.gif)

So does this mean continuing our fanfiction might be out of the question also? ![Neutral :|](./images/smilies/icon_neutral.gif)

Awwwwww. I is sad now. But I'll see if I can get someone else to co-write with me. There have to be some writers willing.

Since I am basically an inept in this technique, may I have your permission to use a shaded font?

Sure. In hindsight, I probably should have gone with something like that for simplicity.valerio wrote: Oh.

Excellent artwork, and the writing was both exciting and humorous. One of my favorite parts was when Heidi called Tarot a pomegranate. Also, I enjoyed the interaction of Daisy and Heidi.

This is a little nonsensical thing not related to the current story arc.

Easy mistake. Gotta accept fame whenever it comes, right?

Err...what's a 'met landfill' and 'met dump'? I need to know to translate (also to appreciate the joke). THXdryideabat wrote:Thanks everybody!![]()

Re: The Not-So Dynamic Duo
"Met" = "Mentropolitan". Maybe. Or like the "Marx dump" where the Marx toy company dumped all their unwanted PVC animals, dinosaurs, soldiers, playsets and so on. Or not.

To confirm, yes, I was using "MET" for metropolitan. I couldn't think of anything clever at the time.
I never got to watching that show, but it looks fun.

Scene in question. Bit of a note, if the director says he doesn't need to see your face, don't keep putting in your face.

Re: The Not-So Dynamic Duo
Just to confirm, I haven't completely abandoned this fic. I've just been terribly busy. Here's a tiny preview of the next strip, which I have no idea when I'll have time to complete.
Even though I doubt I'll be doing any more after this arc ends, here's something else that I had considered for a while. Heidi has three sisters: Molly, Elizabeth, and Kathleen. Two of them are shown in this sketch. They are each adopted by a different family. However, fate will bring them together when their biological mother, Gertrude, passes away and her will calls for them to each attain a share of her secret fortune. ...If you can guess the commonality of their names, kudos to you.- Attachments

They look really nice, man. And nothing is coming to mind regarding references.

Nope. Nothing for me either as the only thing I can think of is that they all have WASP-y names. ![Laughing ](./images/smilies/icon_lol.gif)

Oh well. The reference was quite vague, pertaining to a child actress from the 30's and 40's. Surely everyone's grandmother has heard of her. They just need to knead their temple and think for a moment.

I though Shirley Temple pretty much played characters that had her same name but a different last name.

She played plenty of characters with different names. She played Heidi in the movie "Heidi". In "Curly Top", she played Elizabeth.

I never really given her much thought. Especially when I was 6 and at my uncle's wedding and I tried a non-alcoholic version of her drink and didn't like it. ![Laughing ](./images/smilies/icon_lol.gif)

Douglas isn't my real name, but because of a name block put on me by a higher-order being known as Djinni, I can't say my real name.

Shirley Temple didn’t like Shirley Temples. She thought they were too sweet.
