that cant be my room. the Asriel plushie on my bed is missing, also the Red Vs Blue Sarge 2: Sarge Harder poster, the pile of laundry, the botched Crescent Rose replica thats in pieces in the corner, the billion and one sketches everywhere...

its probably a hotel room or something.

It is more of a personal waiting room, I guess. :P

Also just didn't feel like taking the time necessary to find things to use as posters.

You could have just left dragon's stuff up. defacing that saccharine nonsense is right up my alley.

also just fyi, that thing isn't a vest, it's tunic and it's always two-toned. See?

One, huh, haven't seen two of those before.
Two, yeah, working with existing lines, had to choose something of those colors. Guess I could have gotten a better one.
Three, dang it, I've been getting her name wrong all this time! :?

Still, thanks for the heads-up and references.

not really, those are from '08. i reworked the character's personality a bit in '14 and her name was misspelled on the new sheet, but i liked it so i stuck with it since itactually sounded more like a laurian (fictional civilization, Dominant culture of a fantasy world's primary species) name than it had before.

Ah, I see. Pretty neat when something like that works out. So she was made into a panther after all of these?

sorry i'm kinda picking people at random, i can't actually remember who's on the roster other than chaoko, and between the coconut mask, scales and tree-tail thing, he's hard to draw.

I'm swapping the colors via a mostly yellow overlay so I don't need to edit the lineart. Exact color matches are kinda hard that way.

I would have more fun with it if Game ended up face planting into a manure wagon just like in “Back to the Future” because that is more my speed. XD

So I know Rheya, Game, Cesco and Bandit. Who is the creepy golden dog with the Rayman head?

Also, since I’ve been mentioned in this, I’m gonna throw down a reference for my character.

Editing in Dissension over Tarot was tricky. And still can't figure out how to make Rocky's glasses look good. I'll eventually get back to Forum Crashers.

learning how to do foreshortening and proportion better so they don't look skewed might help.
actually that would probably help in general.
i notice that tends to be frequently absent in your stuff.

don't focus on what the character looks like, just on how they're shaped.

don't know if this trick will work, but it did for me.
try to picture them as if they're made entirely out of different shaped wood or plastic blocks and balls. no complex shapes, don't focus on detail till you've got the structure right. and keep in mind that no two angles are going to have the part look the same size if the lines are the same length. i know that last bit sounds contradictory but it's true, and it's one of the harder parts to internalize.

When I think of glasses in the HP universe, I usually go to what Ryan wears when you see all of the owners faces at the end of the Christmas arc.

I was thinking it would be fun if the niece was black and the nephew was purple but then I realized that might be too cruel to have a purple cat.

Also, was Grape's fur color some rare genetic strand that can't be passed down through to children?

I think that we might have to wait a while to see the two of them have any kittens of their own since King and Bailey just started a family and they seem to be much older than the other pets.

I give it between 2 to 4 years. King and Bailey were already mature enough as it is and they had their kids 4 years after they met. Grape and Max are the younger couple who look like have finally hit their romantic milestone in life.

EDIT: Can confirm - I suck at drawing people and pets. Might as well make a moment out of it. x3

THIS METHOD OF STARTLING CATS HAS BEEN PASSED DOWN THROUGH THE ARMSTRONG FAMILY LINE FOR GENERATIONS!
(Also Original is better than Brotherhood even if it does throw half the source material out the window in favor of it's own ideas.)

Just to add, I DID watch both series one after another and also watched the movies but this is YEARS ago and I'm the type of person who watches the full list of episodes once and then forgets about it. I do remember some bits and pieces of it like in the original Envy was Ed and Al's half-brother and Scar died and Brotherhood which left out some of the secondary characters I liked.
