Re: 2018/05/28 - Alternative Methods
This is why I shouldn't make comments when I'm tired.
"When you're falling in a forest and there's nobody around,
do you ever really crash or even make a sound?"
do you ever really crash or even make a sound?"
Re: 2018/05/28 - Alternative Methods
Really, because I literally don't remember that. And can't find it.rickgriffin wrote:No, I told people *at the time* that the comment did not actually mean they'd lose all their memories, it's not my fault everyone wanted to run with their pet theories instead.
Was this on twitter or something?
Re: 2018/05/28 - Alternative Methods
How badly do you really need to know this?

Somewhere between "meh" and "it's like someone's scratching on the inside of my brain."Obbl wrote:How badly do you really need to know this?

Holy cow guys, it's a really good strip, maybe let's not give Rick endless grief about it.
Re: 2018/05/28 - Alternative Methods
Going back over some of my entries on various threads in May, I might be losing my memory....

Are we sure that ferret is supposed to be keene? the glasses really make me think its duke... and I've gotten them mixed up before
Re: 2018/05/28 - Alternative Methods
It says Keene in the character tags, so I don't think it's Duke.zoogi1 wrote:Are we sure that ferret is supposed to be keene? the glasses really make me think its duke... and I've gotten them mixed up before
I'm great at adding nothing to the conversation :'D
Re: 2018/05/28 - Alternative Methods
I hope we can see more of Pete&Dragon/Draig&Craig. I would love to see them in comedic situations. Maybe Sabrina teasing Draig about the former grievances or Pete seeking revenge on King in some kind of way and fail.
Re: 2018/05/28 - Alternative Methods
So yeah, Draig means "dragon" - and Craig comes from craic, which means 'rock", if i recall. And Pete is a shortened form of Peter, which means ... rock. "You are the rock on which My church will be built." So Craig is/was Pete and Draig is/was Dragon.

Smart. That strangely works out.Otookee wrote:So yeah, Draig means "dragon" - and Craig comes from craic, which means 'rock", if i recall. And Pete is a shortened form of Peter, which means ... rock. "You are the rock on which My church will be built." So Craig is/was Pete and Draig is/was Dragon.
Craig reminded me of Crag which lead me to the same conclusion.

It's pretty common for Rick to put in that much work in his things, I've noticed. Just didn't make the connection with Pete's name.

I've noticed that too. :3D-Rock wrote:It's pretty common for Rick to put in that much work in his things.
