Hmmm, I think The Forgotten is from the lowest levels of Hell, since it's either using ideals from chinese Hell, or following Spirited Away's idea of It, if I use that ref to It where calling for Breel would make any Denizen refer to themselves as such to try and sucker Keene into getting them taken out with him.

I mean, It was clearly bound up in some sort of Shawl and seemed to be gagged. That meant It was tied up and imprisoned in a literal Hell pit.

Still, why is the Demon a Dinosaur? Is It because that was it's mortal form, before It died eons ago? Whatever It was, it's cute... Though I imagined It speak in a girl's voice after reading the last panel.

Still, Pandemonium reminds me of the Story Ghostopolis, what with it's design and all.

Initally, until it said "Daddy", then I heard a little girl's voice coming from it. Sounded much cuter in my head.

Easiest answer is that this is just one of it's levels. This is just Level one, and The Forgotten is on The Lowest Level, where all that magma is. A LOT of religions follow the idea that hell has a lot of levels. Chinese Hell, for example, has Eighteen of them.

Looks like Milton's hell. He's the one who came up with that name for the city of all devils.

I'm sure he's a good boy, he just wants to leave hell is all! I mean yeah if you're in hell the obvious assumption would be that you're bad, but I'm sure that's just ex-mortals, natives are probably just mischievous, right? Surely the devil wouldn't notice oooooone little demon slippin' out into the mortal realm,
I mean what's the worst that could happen!

In regards to the tag, he's not specifically named, so I'm pretty sure New Breel (Or Neel as I shall now refer to him as) is just an unnamed demon and the rest of the background demons will also fall under that tag.

Actually, my point was that until Rick confirms otherwise, I would use Gender Neutral Terms.

Frankly, The Only reason I thought of it having a Little Girl's voice, was when it said "Daddy" to Keene, since it sounds Cuter rather than Creepy.

Milton's Hell is more like the Greek afterlife than Dante's circles of pits and walls. It's a vast plain divided by five rivers each attuned to a different aspect of hell: hate, sorrow, lamentation, rage, and forgetfulness.

Not sure how a boy saying "daddy" is creepy as opposed to a girl, but go ahead. Maybe we'll learn a gender, maybe those things are genderless to begin with, no telling as of right now. I'm sure we all default to something, no big deal.

In the meantime, need to think up a head-canon voice.

Sounds right then, The Nothingness was all about forgeting and if Breel is lost and hard to find it could be like a personal hell for our own Milton. Clever connection if we're right.
