The power to prevent all nuclear war, by stuffing all the nukes up your nose. everybody's safe but it's a REALLY uncomfortable process, basically it feels like standing at ground zero without the dying part.

The ability to go blind on command. Once you go blind, you have to sit on a bed of cacti for a week straight to unblind yourself. You also forget the layout of everything and you are not allowed to have any kind of service animal within ten feet of you.
