Quick little thing based off of IRP (Internet relay programming) You create a program (Aka plain english thing you want someone to do) and someone else 'executes' it.
Here is a example
Bob: Changle a lightbulb
Bill: Error: Too lazy
Jane: Sing 99 bottles of beer
Bob: No.
King: Eat cake
Bill: Certainly, none for you, by the way.

Generally, its kinda like givinga command and the next user either does it or not.
