Something I just noticed - Peanut must have some pretty fast reflexes if he was able to pull a camera out of a bag without giving the sabercat a chance to react.

Bender has a tendency to take pictures and say "neat" at weird moments. just google "bender neat" and you'll see a video of a few of them.
I've seen every episode and I didn't even realize that was a running gag until whoever mentioned the reference here.
